Many Lutron Homeworks Installations are never programmed to allow the owners to benefit from the true capability of the system. This may simply be due to the original installer programming the system with a ‘Certificate of Occupancy’ to suit the developer or house builder and then the home owner never fully understanding the capability of the Homeworks System.

What can I do with my Lutron Homeworks System:

Ease of Use
All Off Buttons to turn off all lighting, close gates and turn off heating etc
Time Clock facilities allow Key Pads to have different functions at different times of the day, for example the bathroom light would illuminate to 30% between 1200hrs and dawn.
Control of Children’s Lighting from other rooms

All On Buttons to illuminate the whole house if potential intruders are around the house
Integration with Intruder Alarm to provide vacation mode when alarm is set

 

Time Clock
The built in Astronomic Clock is programmed with your location and has built in dusk and dawn time, this allow external lights to turn on automatically at dusk

By using a VPN we can allow control of your lighting [and anything connected to your Lutron Homeworks System to be controlled remotely from anywhere in the world via PC or Smart Phone
This can also allow operation of your automatic gate and garage doors etc from any location etc.

 

Remote offsite programming and maintenance packages
Once the initial programming has been completed, any minor changes can be carried out remotely by using a VPN [Virtual Private Network].
We are also able to offer bespoke scene settings for special occasions such as New Years Eve Parties or other special occasions.
We offer a number of cost options depending on the size of the installation.

Integration with AMX, Crestron etc.
Many Lutron Homeworks Systems will be linked to AMX or Crestron ‘Smart Home’ Systems, this often requires integration and additional programming.

We have extensive knowledge of both AMX and Crestron systems and are able to create interfaces with both systems.

This may include Virtual Keypads to be displayed on Touch Pads or more advanced system integration for other features.
